Established on 20th February 2005, the Senior Engineers Forum (SEF), North Eastern Region – Guwahati is a distinguished consortium of senior and retired engineers from diverse disciplines across the North Eastern Region of India. The forum brings together professionals from civil, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering streams with a shared commitment to apply their vast knowledge, time-tested expertise, and professional acumen towards the sustainable and inclusive development of the region.
